We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. Please take a few moments upon receipt of your order to verify the contents of your shipment.
Merchandise Returns - 30-day money-back guarantee!
We gladly accept returns for any Elysee products ordered direct or through our website upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
- To return products, you must have an R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by the Corporate Office. The R.M.A. number MUST be on the outside of the box for credit to be given. All R.M.A.'s must be received by the Corporate Office within 20 days of being issued, or they will be null and void.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrived damaged or you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you've received, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours. Do NOT dispose of any damaged items until you've contacted our Customer Service Department, as we may require return of the damaged goods.
IMPORTANT: During summertime months out products may be affected if left outside in the heat for an extended period of time. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor's house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse.
Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
We'll only refund shipping charges if your return is the result of our error. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
