Order Processing Time
All orders require a 48-72 hour processing period prior to shipment. Orders must be placed by 12 pm CST Monday - Thursday to start processing on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST Monday - Thursday will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST on Thursday, will be processed Monday morning. Transit and delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping in the U.S. is done via USPS Flat Rate Delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. Please take a few moments upon receipt of your order to verify the contents of your shipment. In the event that any of your products arrived damaged or you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you've received, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours. Do NOT dispose of any damaged items until you've contacted our Customer Service Department, as we may require the return of the damaged goods. IMPORTANT: During the summertime months our products may be affected if left outside in the heat for an extended period of time. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor's house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse.
