Merchandise Returns  - 365-day money-back guarantee!

We gladly accept returns for any unopened Elysee products ordered direct or through our website upon receiving your unopened items within 365 days of the PURCHASE date.
  1. To return products, you must have an R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by the Corporate Office.  
Please contact our Customer Service Department at support@elyseeskincare.com or direct at (866) 4-ELYSEE, and we are more than happy to assist you in returning your order. If by email, please include your name, purchase order number, phone number, and the reason for return.

Return Refunds and Credits

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any unopened item that you return if your return is received within 365 days of the PURCHASE date. It takes up to 10 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service. We'll only refund shipping charges if your return is the result of our error. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 10 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
